About THE INFINITE TYPING POOL:

"If you take an infinite number of monkeys and set them down at an infinite number of typewriters, they will eventually reproduce all the great works of literature."  Or so the theory goes.  Publisher Maury Shafner is hoping that 35 monkeys (34 since Mary went crazy) can generate at the very least a page-turning best-seller.  Originally presented as part of the Florida Playwrights Festival at Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota, THE INFINITE TYPING POOL is a comedy in the classic screwball tradition.

Mike Buck, who recently appeared as Sebastian in the EDPAC Stage Co. production of THE TEMPEST and who was a 2008 finalist in Creative Loafing’s Best of the Bay awards, plays Maury.  Rounding out the cast are Bridget Bean, Managing Director of the Gorilla Theatre in Tampa, and three actors who have recently appeared with the EDPAC Stage Co.:  Jennifer Cunningham (THE TEMPEST), Jonathon Timpanelli (THE TEMPEST), and Steve Mountan (DAMIEN).
            Steve Mountan directs the production.
